When you open an account, we collect name, contact details, payment identifiers (UPI ID, Paytm number, PhonePe handle), and session logs. This data is used only for account operation, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance — never sold to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

We use session and preference cookies to keep your lobby settings, language choice, and wallet state intact across visits. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser; disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the platform load.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing, two-step verification on withdrawal requests, and session timeout after inactivity. If we detect unusual login patterns — for example, a new device or location — we send a verification prompt before allowing access.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as required by applicable law and our internal audit policy. After account closure, your data is held for the retention period specified in our privacy notice, then deleted or anonymised.

Access to our platform depends on local law in your state. Where local law does not permit online gaming, these terms do not authorise use of 9film. Check the regulations applicable in your specific location before opening an account.

If your account is suspended under these terms, any pending withdrawals to your UPI or Paytm wallet are processed within 5 business days unless the suspension is linked to a fraud investigation, in which case funds are held pending the outcome.

We notify you of material changes to these terms via the email address on your account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you have accepted the updated terms.

You may request account closure at any time through live chat or email support. We process closure requests within 48 hours, withdraw any remaining balance to your linked PhonePe or UPI account, and retain your records for the required period under data law.

Game outcome disputes must be raised within 30 days of the session in question. Submit a query via email with your session ID and the date of play. Our team reviews the server log and responds with findings within 10 business days.
